(For use in large pepper grinders)These whole pepperberries have been picked after turning black, hand sorted for quality and size, washed then sun dried on racks before being package into satchels.

The berries have a sweet aroma and taste at first with a hot peppery aftertaste. Dried Tasmanian lanceolata berries have the local name Tasmanian pepperberries, Tasmanian pepperberries and leaves have strong antimicrobial activity against food spoilage organisms. It also has high antioxidant activity.
