(For use in medium sized pepper grinders and for cooking). These pepperberries are hand sorted and sun dried as above then cracked once only by a hand operated machine, before being package into satchels. Great for cooking and placed in the medium sized type pepper grinder.
(For pepper shakers) The pepperberries are hand sorted and sun dried as above, then placed in an hand operated grinder then an electrical grinder machine before being package into satchels. For cooking that requires less bit and for pepper shakers.

Tasmanian pepperberries can give a dish a bit of punch, not the same as chillies but will give a great aroma with a taste that will give some prolonged heat on the tongue.
Coarsely cracked, medium cracked or ground pepper berries will give your cooking more heat in the cooking process then using whole pepper berries
